Website Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy covers the website inkdojo.kotonoa.app. The InkDojo app has its own Privacy Policy (app), linked in the footer; the app keeps your learning data on your device and does not use this website's analytics.

What this site collects

• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and request headers to deliver the pages and to protect the site, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not run our own servers and do not keep access logs.
• Analytics (only with your consent). We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It is switched off until you choose Accept in the cookie banner; if you decline or do not answer, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. Analytics data is not used for advertising or profiling.
• Your consent choice is stored in your browser (local storage) so the banner does not reappear. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser settings and reload.

Embedded content and links

• The video on the home page is loaded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you press play. Until then, no request is made to YouTube.
• Links to the App Store and Google Play carry a campaign tag so we can tell which page sent you. The stores' own privacy policies apply once you are there.

Contact form

• What is sent: the name, email address, topic and message you type, and the address of the page that brought you to the form (so we know which page you are asking about).
• How it travels: the form is handled by a Cloudflare Pages Function and passed to Resend, an email delivery service, which delivers it to our inbox (info@kotonoa.jp). The site itself does not store your message.
• What we do with it: we use it only to reply to you. We do not add you to any list, share it, or use it for advertising. We keep the email for as long as we need it to deal with your question.
• If you email us directly instead, the same applies.

What this site does not do

No accounts, no newsletter, no advertising, no selling of data.
